I’ve been calling this piece “the speculative house”, but also “the suspended room” or “a room made of windows.” Now, I am thinking about it in terms of “everything is inside”, ecologically, everything is inside the planet Earth. Or, the Earth is a network of time and life supporting conditions that we are inside. Or, we are the Earth. So the question is, how to reckon with the implications of human caused climate change, aka the destruction and destabilization of our home/ourselves?
